Our mission is to raise awareness and to support women in technology in Idaho education and the challenges they face, both entering the field and then advancing in the field. We focus on supporting and growing a diverse educational technology community through the IETA Girls: College Bound Scholarship program, virtual learning events, and social networking events.

- Focus: Representation matters, and so does community. This session celebrates women in educational technology and offers pathways for connection, mentorship, and leadership. Through candid conversation and practical insights, we’ll explore how women in Idaho’s tech and edtech spaces can support one another, advocate for equity, and help shape the future of technology in education. Whether you’re just getting started in tech or already leading initiatives, you’ll gain strategies for building confidence, expanding your influence, and mentoring others along the way.
